Loyalty Points: Create, update, and maintain a loyalty scheme with a dedicated function. Loyalty points can be used on products and even services.
SMS: Centhur can send SMSs directly to your customers in bulk.
Customer History: Centhur will keep track of your customer’s history. This is particularly useful for repeat clients who tend to opt for the same service or product each time they visit.
Appointments/Bookings: Centhur has an appointment system to help list a customer’s next appointment within the point-of-sale system itself. In appointments, you can add your client’s name, the name of the operator who is working with that client, the service. The appointment application can also be used on mobile, and allows you to create appointments from any location, linking it to the central Centhur system.
Point-of-sale Operator Request: Centhur will keep track of every employee and the services they’ve performed throughout the day.
